1.2 Residential Eligibility
Members must reside in an area where online gaming is not legally prohibited. Residents of areas where online gambling or gaming is explicitly banned are not permitted to use this platform. If an account is operated from a restricted area, k6888 reserves the right to suspend or close that account.
1.3 One Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If the existence of multiple accounts is established, all accounts will be permanently closed and any associated bonuses and earnings will be considered void.
1.4 Personal Use
The account is solely for the personal use of the registered member. Operating an account on behalf of a third party, sharing login credentials, or running an account using bots is entirely prohibited.
Section 2 — Account Registration and Verification
Account Creation Terms
Members must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. k6888 reserves the right to cancel any account created with false information. Required details include:
- Full name (as per national identity card)
- Date of birth (for 21+ verification)
- Active mobile number
- A valid email address
- Preferred payment method
Know Your Customer Policy
k6888 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested during this process:
- National Identity Card (NID) or passport
- Payment method confirmation details
- Proof of address (if required)
Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. This is a necessary measure for security and fraud prevention.
The member is fully responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) confidential. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on the account must be reported to the support team immediately. k6888 will not be liable for any loss arising from third-party access to an account where the member has shared their credentials.
Section 3 — Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at k6888: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

The following conditions must be met before making a withdrawal request:

The standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 30 minutes. However, this time may increase if additional verification is required. k6888 reserves the right to decline or investigate any unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests.
3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy
k6888 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions are monitored for this purpose. If an unusual transaction pattern is detected, the account may be suspended and the relevant authorities notified.
Section 4 — Bonus and Promotion Terms
First Deposit Bonus
New members at k6888 have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳15,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus. This means the bonus amount must be multiplied by 20, and that total must be wagered before any withdrawal can be made.
For example: if you deposit ৳5,000 you will receive ৳5,000 as a bonus. To withdraw, you must place a total of ৳100,000 (5,000 × 20) in bets.
The following general rules apply to all bonus offers:
- Each bonus has a specific validity period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically
- The member's account must be fully verified to receive a bonus
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed simultaneously unless special terms permit it
- If bonus abuse is established, the bonus and any associated earnings will be cancelled
- VIP programme cashback benefits apply on a weekly basis and are available at varying rates from Bronze to Diamond tier
4.3 Right to Modify Bonuses
k6888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Members will be informed as far as possible before any changes to a bonus offer are made. However, in urgent circumstances, changes may take effect without prior notice.
Section 5 — Gaming Rules and Fair Play

Resolution of Technical Issues

k6888 may cancel a bet or game round in the following circumstances:
- Technical error or server issue
- Internet connection is lost
- Evidence of fraud or improper tactics is found

Section 6 — Prohibited Activities and Code of Conduct
The following activities are entirely prohibited on the k6888 platform and may result in permanent account termination if violated:

- Placing bets on behalf of a third party

6.2 Account Suspension and Termination Rules
If a violation of the above rules is established, k6888 may suspend or permanently close the account without notice and retain the associated balance. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the investigation is complete. The outcome of the investigation will be considered final.

7.2 Limited Use Permission
Members may use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any form of scraping, data mining, or automated data collection is entirely prohibited.
Section 8 — Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
k6888 will not be liable for losses arising from the following circumstances:
- Games interrupted due to loss of internet connection or network issues
- Failure of third-party technology or services
- A member disclosing their own login credentials
- Issues caused by viruses or malware on the member's device
- Service outages due to natural disasters or unforeseen events
Any compensation claim against k6888 will be limited to actual and proven financial losses only. k6888 is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses. Any dispute must first be referred to our support team for resolution.
Section 9 — Privacy and Personal Data

If any provision of these terms is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective and binding. The invalid provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, excluding only the part that makes it unenforceable.

These terms and any related disputes will be governed and resolved in accordance with applicable international gaming laws.
